As it’s just me in my kitchen, I can handle events from 1 to 30 or so people. But don’t worry this can be a whole feast!

DRINKS: Elderflower spritz. Bubbles.
MAINS: Roasted balsamic vegetables. Rice with feta and pomegranate. Mediterranean roast salmon. Baked chicken thighs. Hummus and homemade pita bread. Pesto and pine nut pasta salad. Apple and fennel tossed salad.
DESSERT: Pistachio dark chocolate chip cookies. Guinness chocolate cream cheese three tiered cake.

STARTER: Roasted butternut squash soup.

SWEET SELECTION: Macacron tower. Brownie bites. Lemon posset cups with shortbread.
